Reporting a tool issue
Include the full tool URL, the inputs and units, and the result you observed. Explain what seems wrong and include a supporting source when available. Screenshots can help describe an interface issue, but please remove any personal or sensitive information first.
Other requests
For a broken link, include the page you started from and the destination. For a privacy question, identify the relevant interaction without sending passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information. Merchant order, warranty and payment questions should be directed to the merchant that handled the transaction.
Response expectations
We do not guarantee a particular response time. N1RO does not claim that messages are reviewed by a licensed engineer or other regulated professional. If a tool cannot establish a reliable answer, seek an appropriate source of qualified assistance rather than treating the absence of a reply as approval.
