Separate lifting, pulling and transporting
A chain hoist, cable puller and pallet jack move loads in different ways. Select the tool for the operation first, then check the total load and the product's rated configuration.
- Include attachments, rigging or the empty pallet when calculating the load.
- Do not interpret a pulling capacity as permission to lift a suspended load.
- Verify the nameplate and manufacturer instructions; a shopping estimate is not a lifting plan.
